Conecuh River is the river of Alabama. The length of this river is 231 miles. The Conecuh River drains an area of 3,848 square miles spread over nine counties of Alabama in the south-central region.
The Conecuh River originated near Union Springs in Alabama. Then it flew towards the southwest direction and entered Florida. On entering Florida the name of Conecuh River changed to Escambia River. From this point onwards, this Alabama River flows south and enters Escambia Bay. Escambia Bay is an extension of Pensacola Bay.

- Crenshaw County
After its point of origin, Conecuh River flows southwest to reach the border of Alabama and Florida. This place is near the town of Florida called Century.

The riverbed of Conecuh is sandy. The Grantt Dam has been built on Conecuh River. This Conecuh Dam of located in the Covington County. This is around 6 miles to the north of the city of Andalusia. The reservoir of the Dam has a surface area of approximately 2,700 acres.
At the downstream of Grantt Dam, Point A Dam is situated. It is just below the Conecuh and Patsaliga Rivers. There is a reservoir at the Dam and this provides enough recreational facilities like, camping, boat ramps and picnic. This place is great for water related recreational activities for the tourists as well as for the local people.
